| Swedish Massage - Is a very relaxing massage that does not involve a great amount of pressure. This massage is preferred by most people. It helps to ease the tension from everyday stress. | ||||

| Deep Tissue - Is used in conjunction with Trigger Point Therapy to help get rid of deep knots in the tissue and muscle. The pressure is much greater than Swedish Massage due to the Trigger Points that are within the body. | ||||

| Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Is an extremely light massage that helps to release blockages (toxins) that are in the lymphatic system. These blockages can be caused by injuries, after surgeries, scar tissue, stress, and infections. Lymphatic Massage helps to decrease swelling, reduce colds, allergies, and scar tissue. However, this massage takes time and is cut into 3 parts due to the time spent on each area. | ||||
| 1HR - $50.00 | ½ HR - $35.00 | |||
| Myofascial Release - Is a very effective hands–on technique that helps to relieve chronic pain, restore motion in joints, and helps to lengthen tendons and ligaments. This is done by releasing adhesions (knots) that are in the connective tissue (fascia) due to injuries in the past and present. During your massage session I use passive and active stretching to help release the connective tissue. Myofascial can be painful at times depending on how long and chronic you have had your pain. | ||||
